While I'm starting to forget even the mere concept of shovelling, 

I get a pinch of disappointment when I try to explain winter to my kids.

Snowman? Santa Claus? Snow? Igloo? Snowball? 

They just don't understand why there are 4 seasons : It feels like it's summer all year long!
